Easy to make Puff Coasters
I’m not gonna lie, I love making gifts for my friends and family. I needed a few quick makes and I decided to make something using the Puff stitch… because I just finished another project that had puff stitches and I absolutely love them. I made these with a cotton blend yarn because I had a bunch in my stash, so it was a win win!
If you’re looking for a quick gift for a hostess, teacher or friend, look no further, I’ve got you covered. You can make a set of 4 in a few hours and depending on how much time you have you can even make a larger centre piece version. This would also make lovely placemats!
I used RE-UP Bonus Bundle, worsted weight yarn and a 4mm hook to make my coasters, however you can make these with any weight of yarn and use the recommended hook size. RE-Up yarn is made of 70% recycled cotton and 30% recycled polyester.
NOTE: If you will be using these as Pot Holders, I would suggest making them out of 100% cotton.
